If you sign up for our email list, your email address is collected by Beehiiv, our email provider, through their hosted signup form embedded on this site. We do not operate our own email collection form.

This site uses hosted embeds from trusted providers:

- Spreaker — audio playback for Comfortable Words and Be Still
- YouTube — video playback for Be Still (when enabled)
These services may set cookies or collect usage data according to their own privacy policies. We use their official embed widgets only.
What we do not do
- We do not store payment or card information on this site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run custom forms that email or store addresses ourselves.
